Tommy Tucker the fashionable squirrel, photographed by Nina Leen for Life Magazine - 1944

Tommy was adopted by a woman in Washington D.C., after she found him orphaned in a tree.  He accompanied her on shopping trips and errands and didn’t seem to mind being dressed up and photographed………
