Today I turn 27
Did some applescripting this afternoon. I think I know most of the stuff I need to use, just a matter of actually writing it all out
I seriously can’t have my studio all messed up like this. These things need to be placed and filled. I don’t care where they go
Finished watching movies with Kyle, now I think I’m gonna crash for a few. I need to finish installing these book cases still
Anybody know of a way to send multi-line messages in colloquy with applescript using delay that won’t lock the app up while it plays?
Basically I want to be able to bring up a multi-line message with delay in a chat while still being able to talk in a private message window
Tomorrow’s my birthday and I already know it’s going to be as lame as last year. Nobody cares since Jesus’ birthday co-ops the entire month
Had something of a watershed moment in my applescripting experiments. Big hurdle was resolved. Now I just need like 2 examples to work from
The answer was also stupidly simple but I doubt the developers ever expected anybody to do it that way so they never mentioned it anywhere
Slowly teaching myself applescript. Think I’m finding solutions, I just need them to be cross platform and cross app compatible as well
Dad called, helped put together one book case, and went out for Christmas shopping/lunch. Bye-bye planning
For some reason when we’re trying to place one book case my mom has to think about moving them all. Why the hell would we do that??
I swear I am so very tired of people being contrary just for the sake of disagreeing with me
Got the other 2 book cases put together but then my mom decided to be fickle about where we put them. UGH. She keeps changing her mind
Just so very tired of getting interrupted, disagreed with, and disappointed. Can ANYTHING just go the way I’d like it to without a fight?
There are times in my day where I want to be kept busy - I just wish it was busy doing stuff I actually wanted to do
I need to come up with a better playlist for my alarm. It doesn’t say “time to get up” so much as “turn me off” anymore
Today I’ll be inking again, this afternoon I’ll be putting book cases together and filling them, then tonight is kinda iffy like most nights
Monday morning, slow start to the week. Apparently being up and being awake are two very different things
Been an interesting weekend. Not the most relaxing but at least eventful
Got some book cases and a paper organizer today. Think we’ll wait until tomorrow to put them together/fill them up

I want to write a blog on drawing but I think I should finish inking these pages before I devote the time/brain power to it
One thing I’m looking forward to blogging about is the lessons I’ve learned about this project from the parts I’ve finished so far
Friday night - finished a page this morning, started and nearly finished another, now I’m pretty beat. Almost half done with the inks
The longer I go along in life the more I feel like Rube from Dead Like Me. Like I’m destined for middle management even in the after life
Just finished talking to a friend who was actually open to my ideas and could follow my logic. Was rather refreshing

Looks like I need to redo my file structure since some folks think hotlinking is a-ok. At least I found a satisfactory blocker for it
Wanted a hotlinking blocker that would put one of those “don’t steal from me” images up but not go all crazy with copy protection like some

The nice thing about inking is I can finish up a page in the evening as long as the basic drawing’s done in the day
If I try drawing too late at night my lines get really out of control. But these nights I’m just increasing line weights so it’s no problem
I’m satisfied with the inks so far but man they’re feeling sloppy. Think it’s the rulers smearing and pens drying out. At least they go fast
Finally got that page off the lightbox and am in the process of beefing up the lines
Trying to make New Year’s Eve plans. I have no idea what’s going on in town but I know I can’t stay at home another year
Gotta drop some books off at the library today, then I’d like to get my cell phone situation straightened out
